Job Summary
Managing aftermarket sales processes, the full-time Senior Aftermarket Sales Analyst will provide parts service support, foster customer relationships, and lead team development in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate sales processes for aftermarket defense components, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Document dealer inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve recurring issues and improve service quality
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer support capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and four or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in leading, mentoring, or developing team members
- Project management experience
- Strong technical aptitude, particularly in vehicle maintenance parts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ProPricer is a plus
