Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agency Closing Officer (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with customers, originators, vendors, and underwriters for timely loan settlements
• Guide the deal team through transaction-specific matters to ensure accurate completion
• Review and verify closing documents and settlement statements for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 4 years of Agency Commercial Mortgage Loan Closing experience
• Sharp understanding of Agency requirements and closing processes
• Ability to analyze complex information for real estate tax and insurance escrow analysis
• Experience working with closing counsel and third-party vendors
