Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agency Closing Officer (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with customers, originators, vendors, and underwriters for timely loan settlements
• Guide the deal team through transaction-specific matters to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Review and prepare closing documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy of information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Military experience
• At least 4 years of Agency Commercial Mortgage Loan Closing experience
• 5+ years of Agency Commercial Mortgage Loan Closing experience preferred
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience preferred
