Job Summary

Responsible for the administration and analysis of agency compensation programs, the full-time Senior Agency Compensation Analyst will work remotely to collect, validate, and report compensation data while ensuring compliance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collects, audits, and maintains agency compensation data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Evaluates compensation reports and performance metrics for business stakeholders
  • Leads the rollout and administration of new compensation programs, including system setup and testing
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Five years of experience in compensation analysis, including two years in agency compensation
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Prior insurance or financial services experience
  • Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and independent agency operations
