Job Summary
Responsible for the administration and analysis of agency compensation programs, the full-time Senior Agency Compensation Analyst will work remotely to collect, validate, and report compensation data while ensuring compliance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Collects, audits, and maintains agency compensation data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Evaluates compensation reports and performance metrics for business stakeholders
- Leads the rollout and administration of new compensation programs, including system setup and testing
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Five years of experience in compensation analysis, including two years in agency compensation
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Prior insurance or financial services experience
- Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and independent agency operations
