Senior Agent Architect
Job Summary
As a full-time Senior Agent Architect working remotely, the candidate will design end-to-end system architectures for AI Agent deployments, solve multi-system integration challenges, and shape conversational experiences for enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solution architectures that integrate Parloa's platform with various enterprise systems
- Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms while addressing complex data flows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate architecture and resolve integration challenges
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise integration roles
- Strong understanding of complex SaaS implementations, including CRMs and ERPs
- Proficiency in REST API design and experience with API testing tools
- Analytical mindset with expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving
- Experience in translating customer requirements into structured conversational components is a plus
