Senior Agent Architect

Job Summary

Experienced solution architects will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Agent Architect, responsible for designing end-to-end system architectures for enterprise AI Agent deployments and integrating Parloa's platform with complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments, integrating with customers' enterprise systems
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms, addressing complex multi-system data flows
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to manage custom integration scenarios and validate architecture performance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise integration in customer-facing roles
• Strong systems thinking with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems across multiple systems
• Experience with large-scale SaaS implementations, including CRMs and contact center platforms
• Proficiency in REST API design and API testing tools, with knowledge of JSON/XML data structures
• Analytical mindset with strong project and stakeholder management skills
