Senior Agent Engineer

Job Summary

Driving innovation in legacy system modernization, the full-time remote Senior Agent Engineer will own the agent layer of the platform architecture, ensuring translation accuracy and dependency mapping while collaborating closely with the RAG & Eval Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the agent layer of the platform architecture, including prompts, tool surfaces, and multi-agent orchestration
• Set the technical ceiling for core platform capabilities, focusing on translation accuracy and dependency-map correctness
• Write production agent code daily, managing subagents and multi-agent workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience shipping at least one production agent and troubleshooting real-world issues
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript or Python
• Working fluency across the modern agent stack, including multi-agent coordination and evaluation
• Demonstrated experience in a remote work environment
