Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Agile Coach to champion Agile principles and practices across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with coaches and leaders to drive the organization's Agile transformation
- Educate and mentor teams on Agile principles, best practices, and Lean methodologies
- Observe team dynamics, identify gaps, and introduce strategies for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Agile principles and industry best practices
- Experience coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams
- Strong facilitation and workshop development skills
- Ability to create user stories and acceptance criteria
- B.S. or equivalent experience in a relevant field
