Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agile Coach to drive organizational change and foster Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Transformation initiatives, aligning with business goals and facilitating community practices
• Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leadership to promote continuous improvement
• Implement and optimize Agile methodologies across teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certification
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies and scaling frameworks
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
• Ability to accommodate Eastern Standard Business Hours while working remotely
