Senior Agile Coach
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Agile Coach to champion an Agile mindset and develop self-empowered teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile transformation efforts and mentor teams on Agile best practices
- Collaborate across various roles to educate on Agile principles and facilitate workshops
- Identify opportunities for improvement and define strategies for transitioning to Lean-Agile practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
- 2+ years of enterprise Agile coaching experience
- Advanced level certifications in Agile methodologies
- B.S. or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience with Agile metrics and tools such as Jira
