A company is looking for a Senior Agile Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive agility within community collaboration cycles and streamline contribution workflows
• Deliver Agile training and coaching to technical audiences and empower teams towards self-organization
• Analyze agile metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improving development workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Four years of experience in Agile roles, including three years with Power BI, Tableau, and large-scale technical projects
• Two years of experience with Gtmhub for tracking OKRs and automating community contributions
• Certification as ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching
