Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Agile Coach will drive Agile delivery excellence across the enterprise by serving as a trusted advisor, providing hands-on coaching, and promoting Agile practices to improve delivery outcomes and organizational maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Be an enterprise evangelist of Agile ceremonies, practices, and values
• Champion Agile transformations and standardize Agile processes and best practices across the organization
• Coach teams and programs to deliver business value through effective Agile product management and delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
• 5 years of experience in IT
• 2 years of Agile Coaching experience
• One or more Agile Certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, SAFe)
• Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills
