Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Agile Coach will lead and mentor cross-functional teams in implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, drive Agile transformations, and ensure effective tracking of Agile project metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values, SAFe, and Scrum concepts, facilitating successful implementation across high-impact programs
• Lead Agile transformations at scale within large organizations, influencing cultural change and enhancing value delivery
• Conduct SAFe training sessions and workshops, providing necessary tools and documentation to support Agile practices organization-wide

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in coaching and leading SAFe practices and Agile transformations
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and conducting SAFe training sessions
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, SAFe, and DevOps
• Extensive background in coaching and developing teams in large organizations
• Experience with tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Azure Boards
