Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

To lead Agile transformations within large enterprise organizations, the contract Senior Agile Coach will work remotely, coaching cross-functional teams in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and ensuring successful implementation of Agile methodologies across high-impact programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams in Agile values, SAFe, and Scrum concepts while influencing leadership on cultural change
• Track and monitor Agile project metrics, assisting teams in identifying and addressing potential issues
• Conduct SAFe training sessions and workshops, creating necessary documentation and supporting materials

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in coaching and leading SAFe practices and Agile transformations
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and leading SAFe training sessions
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, SAFe, and DevOps
• Extensive background in coaching and developing teams in large organizations
• Experience with JIRA or Microsoft Azure Boards
