Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Agile Coach will lead and mentor cross-functional teams in implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, driving Agile transformations, and ensuring effective project execution across high-impact programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams to build and sustain Agile values and practices while influencing leadership on cultural change
• Lead Agile transformations and oversee multiple high-performing Agile development teams and large-scale enterprise programs
• Conduct SAFe training sessions and workshops, creating necessary documentation and supporting materials for successful implementation

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in coaching and leading SAFe practices and Agile transformations
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and leading SAFe training sessions
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, SAFe, and DevOps
• Extensive background in coaching and developing teams within large organizations
• Experience with tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Azure Boards
