Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Agile Coach will lead and mentor cross-functional teams in implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, drive Agile transformations, and ensure effective project metrics tracking across high-impact programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams to strengthen Agile values and successfully implement SAFe and Scrum concepts
• Lead coaching and planning for multiple high-performing Agile development teams and large-scale enterprise programs
• Conduct SAFe training sessions and workshops, creating necessary documentation and supporting materials

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in coaching and leading SAFe practices and Agile transformations
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and conducting SAFe training sessions
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, SAFe, and DevOps
• Extensive background in driving cultural change in large organizations
• Experience with JIRA or Microsoft Azure Boards
