Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

To drive Agile transformations at scale, the contract Senior Agile Coach will work remotely, coaching cross-functional teams in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, ensuring effective implementation of Agile methodologies, and leading multiple high-performing development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and practices, facilitating cultural change from traditional methodologies
• Lead Agile transformations and oversee coaching for large-scale enterprise programs, ensuring effective tracking of project metrics
• Conduct SAFe training sessions and workshops, providing necessary tools and documentation for successful Agile implementation

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in coaching and leading SAFe practices and Agile transformations
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and conducting SAFe training sessions
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, XP, SAFe, and DevOps
• Extensive background in coaching teams and driving cultural change in large organizations
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Azure Boards
