Senior Agile Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Agile Coach will support enterprise benefits realization frameworks, execute Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, and facilitate prioritization processes to drive value and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking and reporting
• Execute and continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including demand management and prioritization support
• Develop dashboards and reporting artifacts to provide insights on value realization and delivery performance

Required qualifications:

• 5-8+ years in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or related disciplines
• Experience with Lean-Agile practices, portfolio operations, and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Clarity, Rally, Jira, or similar enterprise tools
• Exposure to benefits realization frameworks and OKR models
• SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training
