Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Agile Delivery Lead for one or more teams
Ensure the effectiveness of all Agile ceremonies and drive predictable delivery
Analyze and present key delivery metrics to stakeholders for data-informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience coaching Lean-Agile principles for development teams
Experience leading delivery for teams developing cloud-native systems
Advanced knowledge of Lean-Agile practices and metrics
Experience with Kanban or Scrumban processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced Lean-Agile certification desired
