Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Agile Delivery to lead a team of Scrum Masters and establish an Agile Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Scrum Masters supporting delivery teams across the IT organization
• Establish and lead an Agile Center of Excellence to define and share Agile best practices
• Drive consistency in Agile tooling and develop templates and guidance for Agile delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business with an emphasis in Information Technology
• 8-10 years of experience in Agile delivery environments, including roles as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• 4 years or more of experience managing or mentoring Scrum Masters and driving Agile adoption
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, tools, and governance
• Experience in helping teams establish or mature Agile practices, especially in early-stage environments
