Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Driving agile transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Agile Delivery Manager will manage complex, high-visibility programs, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment between technology and business stakeholders while establishing organizational agile frameworks and metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the organizational agile framework, establishing standards and best practices across multiple teams
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs, managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Drive organizational agile maturity by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Project Manager with a focus on scaling agile practices
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools, including workflow administration and project governance
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment
• Proven ability to manage program risks and deliver timely impact assessments
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
