Senior Agile Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To support enterprise-level business applications, the full-time Senior Agile Delivery Manager will plan, coordinate, and facilitate delivery activities while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and successful delivery outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technology delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments
- Drive sprint planning activities by balancing business priorities, technical dependencies, and team capacity
- Coordinate across teams to identify and resolve project risks, issues, blockers, and delivery trade-offs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in product management or Agile delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps
- Proficiency in using enterprise delivery and backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
