Senior Agile Delivery Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Agile Delivery Owner Senior or Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams in delivering technology solutions and managing complex initiatives
• Maximize business value and ensure delivery outcomes align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology teams to manage dependencies and improve workflows

Required Qualifications

• Senior level: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Agile leadership role, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
• Lead level: Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Agile leadership role, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience
• Certified ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master I required for Senior level; Certified Advanced ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master II required for Lead level
• Experience with industry-standard agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban
• Agile Leadership Certification preferred for Lead level candidates
