Senior Agile Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agile Lead to facilitate the development and implementation of a healthcare interoperability platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on evolving the product delivery framework for scalable delivery patterns
• Facilitate agile frameworks and processes for cross-functional implementation teams
• Coach teams on continuous improvement methods and optimize the flow of value

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, focusing on technical or software implementation
• Active agile practitioner certification (CSM, A-CSM, PSM, etc.)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure builds and custom software development
• In-depth understanding of modern cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
• Healthcare technology experience or familiarity with healthcare interoperability preferred
