Senior Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Agile Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile and/or Waterfall practices to enhance maturity and adoption
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budget tracking for successful product delivery
• Facilitate meetings and daily scrums to monitor project progress and resolve team issues

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
• Certifications such as Advanced CSM, CAC, PMI's Agile Certified Professional, or PMP preferred
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
• Strong technical background is required
