Senior Agile Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a pharmaceutical organization, the remote Senior Agile Project Manager will manage compliance audits, oversee ISO framework projects, and ensure timely project delivery while focusing on Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and lead internal and external compliance audits, including ISO and HWW
- Oversee projects to ensure alignment with ISO frameworks and manage documentation and corrective actions
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track KPIs to ensure milestones are met on time
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in regulatory audits and ISO implementations
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies like daily standups and sprint planning
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira or Confluence for tracking progress
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
