Senior Agile Transformation Leader

Job Summary

Providing executive-level guidance, the contract Senior Strategic PMO Agile Transformation Leader will optimize the PMO structure, implement Agile best practices, and develop a comprehensive strategy across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Digital Technology teams in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current PMO structure and develop a strategic roadmap for PMO optimization and Agile transformation
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and Digital Technology Partners across various business units
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide Agile training and adoption strategies

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading strategic PMO transformation initiatives within large organizations
• Extensive experience implementing and scaling Agile methodologies across enterprise PMOs
• Proven success in coaching and mentoring Project Managers and PMO leadership teams
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, organizational design, and project delivery frameworks
• Advanced experience with Jira and Agile project management tools
