Senior Agilist - SAFe Certified

Job Summary

Providing expert SAFe, Lean-Agile, and enterprise Agile implementation support, the full-time Senior Agilist - SAFe Certified will coach VA health informatics teams, facilitate Agile practices, and enhance workflow efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level Agile and SAFe coaching and implementation support across VA health informatics teams
• Support the adoption of SAFe and Lean-Agile practices, including PI planning and continuous improvement
• Guide the development of Agile artifacts and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and Agile teams

Required qualifications

• Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
• 7+ years of experience leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium-to-large organizations
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in enterprise Agile adoption
• Experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, or similar Agile planning tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
