Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior AI Agent Developer, this role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI agents that enhance productivity and integrate into enterprise workflows while collaborating across multiple teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and deploy production-ready AI agents that support critical workflows across the enterprise
• Rapidly prototype, test, and refine agents to ensure high performance and adoption
• Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and redesign workflows to maximize value

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages with experience in AI/ML applications
• Deep understanding of large language models and practical agent solutions
• Knowledge of AI safety and governance standards
• Ability to understand enterprise workflows and align AI solutions with business needs
