Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for their AI Agent Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI agents powered by large language models to automate interactions and manage leads
Drive the entire lifecycle of AI agent development, from conception to maintenance
Implement monitoring systems to track the effectiveness of AI agents in production

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on programming experience with modern languages like Python, Go, or Elixir
Experience training and deploying LLM applications in production environments
5+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of large-scale distributed systems or ML systems
Proficiency in Python and developing AI-driven applications
Knowledge of machine learning operations (MLOps) practices
