Job Summary

Senior AI Analyst, responsible for leading AI initiatives and translating advanced AI capabilities into business outcomes in a full-time, salaried role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Own the development lifecycle for AI initiatives, including requirements gathering, validation, and post-launch evaluation
• Act as a senior liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment with business strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
• A minimum of four years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably in financial services or the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with AI governance practices and model risk management
