Senior AI and Workforce Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Work & AI Strategist to provide leadership in the design and delivery of policy and programs related to the future of work and AI readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex strategic initiatives for education, workforce, and public-sector clients
• Translate labor market data and AI-related analysis into practical tools and frameworks for practitioners and leaders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across education, workforce, and research communities

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 7 years, or Bachelor's with 9 years in social sciences, public policy, or related fields
• Experience delivering technical assistance to public agencies, nonprofits, or community-based organizations
• Prior experience in a mission-driven, nonprofit, philanthropic, or academic setting
• Experience managing projects or leading cross-functional teams
• Established networks in the field and willingness to cultivate relationships
