Senior AI Application Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer and agentic AI capabilities, the full-time Senior AI Application Engineer will design, build, and optimize systems that connect large language models to high-quality data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RAG pipeline, including data ingestion and response generation
• Design and implement AI agents and workflows, integrating them with internal and external systems
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize agentic AI opportunities across operations

Required qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining RAG systems in production environments
• Strong knowledge of search technologies such as Azure AI Search or Elasticsearch
• Hands-on experience with large language models, embeddings, and vector databases
• Demonstrated ability to integrate agents with enterprise systems like CRM or ERP
• Understanding of information retrieval concepts and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
