Senior AI Application Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior AI Application Engineer will develop agentic solutions, architect scalable multi-agent systems, and optimize data pipelines to enhance AI capabilities under the guidance of the Chief AI & Analytics Officer.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, multi-agent systems that automate complex business processes
- Translate existing processes and develop novel multi-agent architectures for new opportunities
- Implement agentic solutions leveraging orchestration frameworks and ensure secure interactions with internal databases and APIs
Required qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in generative AI or cognitive architectures
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with MCP architectures and proficiency in Rust
- Strong background in cloud architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
