Senior AI Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of an innovative agentic workforce, the full-time Senior AI Application Engineer will architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems, write APIs, and optimize data pipelines, while working remotely under the guidance of the Chief AI & Analytics Officer.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, multi-agent systems to automate complex business processes
- Translate existing processes and develop novel multi-agent architectures for new opportunities
- Implement agentic solutions leveraging orchestration frameworks and ensure secure interactions with internal databases and APIs
Required qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in generative AI, LLMs, or cognitive architectures
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with MCP architectures and proficiency in Rust
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
