Job Summary

Senior AI Architect, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered autonomous implementation solutions in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI agent workflows for generating ServiceNow configurations and implementation plans
• Lead prompt engineering and quality optimization for AI outputs, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards
• Integrate AI solutions with professional services delivery processes and automate workflows for enhanced efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise software
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models and AI agent development
• Expertise in prompt engineering techniques and systematic prompt evaluation
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages used in AI development
