Senior AI Architect

Job Summary

To support a transformative approach to enterprise planning, the full-time Senior AI Architect will be responsible for designing a neurosymbolic AI architecture, setting AI strategy and governance standards, and evaluating cutting-edge R&D to enhance the core platform, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Architect hybrid systems that integrate large language models with constraint-based planning engines
• Establish technical standards for AI implementation across the engineering organization
• Continuously evaluate and integrate advanced AI models and workflows into the core platform

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record in advanced software platform development
• Significant experience at a top-tier technology company (e.g., FAANG, Uber, etc.)
• Proven leadership as a principal or lead architect on large-scale AI/ML systems
• Hands-on knowledge of both large language models and traditional symbolic computation
• Ability to operate autonomously and make rapid architectural decisions
