Senior AI Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior AI Architect will take the operator's seat to understand client needs, redesign functions from first principles, and build production GenAI systems while owning the outcome and driving adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients by performing their roles for two to four weeks to gain insights and redesign processes
- Develop and deploy production-ready GenAI systems, ensuring they meet business KPIs and operational requirements
- Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Executives to drive system adoption and measure success against business unit objectives
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on production code
- Proven experience in deploying GenAI/LLM systems to production environments
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar codebases
- Experience with cloud-native delivery on AWS, including containers and CI/CD practices
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and the ability to evaluate non-deterministic systems
