Senior AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT AI Automation Engineer to design and operationalize intelligent automation and AI capabilities within its IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI workflows for IT operations
• Develop internal tools to enhance IT team capabilities and automate employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Build automation solutions using Python and integrate with enterprise systems while ensuring security and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or engineering roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and intelligent automation
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
• Practical experience integrating LLMs in enterprise scenarios
