Senior AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior AI Automation Engineer, the successful candidate will architect, build, and scale intelligent AI systems and automation solutions to enhance care quality and operational performance within the Medicare Advantage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-grade AI and machine learning systems for Medicare Advantage workloads, ensuring model selection and scalability
• Lead the design and scaling of intelligent process automation strategies using RPA platforms and orchestration tools, driving automation ROI analysis
• Own the AI/ML data infrastructure strategy, ensuring robust ETL and feature engineering pipelines that support model training and real-time inference

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, data science, or intelligent process automation
• Proven track record of delivering complex, production-grade AI/ML systems from design through deployment
• Experience in a regulated industry with knowledge of compliance and security requirements in production AI environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms at an architecture or senior engineering level
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
