Senior AI Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing Revenue Operations team, the full-time Senior AI Automation Engineer will design, build, and operate AI-powered infrastructure that connects go-to-market systems, reducing manual work across various departments in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI agents and automations that integrate with Salesforce and other business systems to streamline operations
- Own the architecture of the GTM Systems AI layer, including APIs, retrieval pipelines, and serverless services on Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver reliable solutions with clear documentation
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in shipping LLM or AI capabilities into production workflows
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), with experience in Git-based development practices
- Hands-on experience with LLM patterns and their mitigations, including prompt engineering and function calling
- Experience integrating with Salesforce and other business systems via APIs and event-driven patterns
- Ability to independently manage projects from scope to delivery in a remote, asynchronous environment
