Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on AI-driven automation, the full-time Senior AI Automation Specialist will manage the development and implementation of automated workflows, enhance operational visibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience processes in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Automate repetitive operational workflows and deploy standardized automations across platforms like Slack and Salesforce
• Identify and flag potential operational issues, ensuring bots function correctly and provide insights to leadership
• Build memory architecture for AI systems to enhance data accessibility and operational reliability across customer experience workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce integrations or customer experience/support tools
• Background in data modeling or analytics
• Proven ability to build tools for non-technical users
