Job Summary

As a full-time Senior AI Backend Engineer working remotely, the candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and data pipelines that integrate applied AI capabilities into analytics and decision management platforms, ensuring high data quality and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable backend systems and data pipelines for real-time analytics
• Implement LLM-powered solutions for decision automation and fraud investigation
• Lead and mentor engineering team members while promoting best practices in software development and AI integration

Required qualifications

• In-depth experience in backend or data engineering with a track record of complex production systems
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Java, or equivalent languages
