Key Responsibilities

• Ship 5-10 internal AI workflows that are actively used across the organization
• Build agents, automations, and LLM-powered applications to reduce cycle time and manual effort
• Create reusable patterns and publish an internal library of playbooks and templates for team use

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, product engineering, or workflow automation
• Experience working with go-to-market teams across sales, marketing, and customer service
• Hands-on proficiency with LLMs, agent frameworks, and workflow automation platforms
• Strong intuition for translating business problems into actionable solutions
• Python scripting, API integration, or light engineering skills beyond no-code platforms
