Senior AI Business Analyst

Job Summary

Driving business transformation through AI and automation, the full-time Senior AI Business Analyst will identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experiences while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and develop AI use cases to improve business performance
• Lead AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and adoption initiatives across various business functions
• Analyze business processes and design future-state workflows leveraging AI and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Operations, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies
• Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and workflow automation platforms
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and business process automation
