Senior AI Compiler Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Compiler Engineer, MLIR.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop MLIR-based graph representations and optimizations for future GPU architectures
• Collaborate with framework and hardware teams to support new model patterns and GPU architectural features
• Define APIs and MLIR dialects, conduct performance optimizations, and implement compiler optimizations for neural networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant work or research experience in performance analysis and compiler optimizations
• Experience with compiler technologies such as MLIR, XLA, and LLVM
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python, including debugging and performance analysis
• Ability to work independently and lead development efforts
