Required Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, focusing on machine learning and compilers
• 8+ years of software engineering and AI/ML experience, particularly in tools or systems development
• Strong knowledge of compilers, code generation, and GPU architecture
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages
• Hands-on experience with LLVM/MLIR-based compiler development and LLM-based systems integration
