Senior AI Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing claims technology practice, the full-time Senior AI Implementation Consultant will architect end-to-end AI solutions, serve as a strategic advisor to clients, and act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prompt, and configure custom AI Agents to integrate into the claims process
• Develop operational flows using Snapsheet's Claim Platform and advanced AI tools, demonstrating impact and ROI
• Lead weekly client meetings to understand pain points and provide consultative recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience with P&C claim organizations
• Strong understanding of P&C claims processes
• Experience in a B2B client-facing or account management role
• High technical aptitude with a focus on AI and workflow automation
