Job Summary
To support a healthcare client, the remote Applied AI Senior Consultant will design, deliver, and expand AI-powered solutions for health plans, focusing on client engagement, solution development, and strategy implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted AI advisor, leading workshops to translate operational challenges into AI opportunities
- Design and deliver AI solutions for payer workflows, ensuring compliance and governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the client's AI solution portfolio and align initiatives with business strategy
Required qualifications
- Eight or more years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation with a focus on applied AI
- Direct experience with payer or managed-care operations and workflows
- Proven success in designing and delivering AI solutions in production environments
- Practical knowledge of large language models and workflow automation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
