Job Summary

To address pressing healthcare challenges, the full-time Senior AI Data Scientist will utilize their expertise in generative AI and machine learning to develop solutions that enhance payment integrity and improve healthcare outcomes while collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the value and risks of business problems solvable with AI techniques
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to validate hypotheses for AI/ML use cases and document findings for team collaboration
• Deploy trained models into production and support monitoring of their performance while participating in knowledge-sharing sessions

Required qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science/AI using tools like pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Proficiency in natural language processing techniques and tools, including transformers and LLMs
• Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Apache Spark and large-scale distributed datasets
